Our keynote speaker is David Rubinger, 
Market President and Publisher of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. 

David Rubinger has devoted the past 30 years to a career as an award‐winning journalist and leading corporate communications executive. In November 2015, David returned to his roots at the Atlanta Business Chronicle to become its Market President and Publisher. Before rejoining the Chronicle, David was vice president of global communications for Equifax, the nation’s largest national credit reporting company.

Prior to joining Equifax, David was senior vice president and director of media relations for public relations firm Ketchum. Rubinger began his career in Atlanta with Atlanta Business Chronicle in 1989 to cover banking, investment, and real estate industries. He later served as managing editor and editor of the Chronicle until joining Ketchum in late 1998. Rubinger started as a staff editor for McGraw‐Hill News, a financial wire service in New York.

A native of New York City, David is a graduate of Trinity College where he received a B.A. in government and is a member of Leadership Atlanta. He lives in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta with his wife, Hedy, who chairs the healthcare/life sciences practice at law firm Arnall Golden Gregory, and their four almost grown children.
