Fermented Wine Tasting: Thanksgiving Table

It is officially Turkey season and the thanksgiving table would be incomplete with out a beautiful bottle (or three) of wine! Unfortunately, wine did not become integral to the Thanksgiving Holiday until after Prohibition, so Thanksgiving of 1934 marked the first of the Famous American Holiday to incorporate what we now cannot do with out.
