Karen Verri is a dually licensed agent in both Georgia and Florida.  After earning a degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Karen then relocated to Florida’s Key West paradise.  Karen worked in sales and events management for over 10 years, held a position as the guest services manager at a luxury vacation rental complex in Key West and simultaneously earned her real estate license. Her background in hospitality helped her to develop special skill sets such as a high level of customer service, attention to detail and strong negotiating skills. Karen is experienced with ADA-compliant needs and is honored for the opportunity to assist clients in finding the home where they will be most comfortable. Currently, she focuses on helping clients within Alpharetta and the surrounding North Fulton County areas.
