About Us

Rivers Academy is a unique learning environment for students in grades 4-12. We provide a rigorous college prep curriculum in a condensed school week. By engaging students in collaborative learning with small class sizes, our scholars achieve more academically and personally than with traditional approaches.
Rivers Academy will continue to create a path for our students to develop into confident, independent thinkers, able to face the future with personal success. Our highest priority is to provide a balance between being a child and excelling in both their academics and their chosen passions. We will encourage our students to become lifelong learners by modeling academic curiosity, respect for peers and accountability to core values.

Our curriculum is delivered at the honors level and above, using superior content and proven modes of delivery. In addition, we offer AP classes along with electives in Foreign Language, Social Sciences, Business, Technology, and the Arts. Students cultivate subject mastery and critical thinking skills while taking ownership of their education. We work with parents to develop the whole child, through mutual respect and character-driven expectations.

We meet in classroom environments three days per week plus an optional half day. Traveling students maintain educational momentum through instructional support and teacher communication.
